How Flexee is licensed.

Three license shapes that match how schools actually adopt simulation-based learning. Pilot a single course, license one simulation across a department, or license the full family across the institution. Every conversation ends with a quote shaped to your situation.

Site License

All simulations, unlimited students

An annual license that covers every Flexee simulation across the institution. Best for schools standardizing on Flexee across multiple programs and departments.

What's included
  • Unlimited access to every Flexee simulation in the family
  • Unlimited student accounts across the institution
  • Faculty dashboards, after-action insights, and exportable reports
  • Implementation support and onboarding for participating faculty
  • Roadmap input — site licensees shape what gets built next
Best fit Multi-program adoptions. Business schools running Flexee in supply chain, finance, and analytics courses simultaneously, or institutions standardizing on simulation-based learning across departments.
Per-Simulation License

One simulation, unlimited students

An annual license for a single Flexee simulation. Best for departments adopting one tool — supply chain, analytics, healthcare, finance — where it fits the curriculum.

What's included
  • Unlimited access to the chosen simulation
  • Unlimited student accounts within the licensed program
  • Faculty dashboards, after-action insights, and exportable reports
  • Implementation support and onboarding
  • Path to upgrade — credit applies if you move to a site license later
Best fit A single course or department adopting one simulation. The MBA core finance professor running Flexee Finance every semester. The healthcare administration department running Flexee Healthcare across cohorts.
Per-Student License

Pay only for active users

Pay per student who actually uses the platform. No minimum commitment. Best for pilots and smaller programs testing a fit before committing to an annual term.

What's included
  • Access to the chosen simulation for each enrolled student
  • Faculty dashboards and after-action insights for your section
  • Implementation support during the pilot
  • No minimum commitment
  • Path to upgrade — pilot usage informs an annual quote
Best fit A pilot section testing whether Flexee fits the syllabus. A small program running one simulation with a single cohort. Faculty who want to try before they recommend the institutional commitment.

Things faculty ask

Five questions that come up in every licensing conversation. The short answers are here. The full answers are in the call with Chuck.

How is pricing determined?

Every license is shaped to the school's situation — the size of the program, the simulations being adopted, the term length, and the level of implementation support needed. We don't publish prices because the right number depends on the conversation. The first call usually surfaces enough to give a real quote within a week.

Can we pilot before committing to an annual license?

Yes. The per-student license is designed for that. Faculty run Flexee with one cohort, see how it fits, and use that experience to inform whether to move to a per-simulation or site license for the next term. Pilot usage informs the annual quote — there's no penalty for testing first.

What does implementation support include?

Onboarding for the lead faculty member, a syllabus-mapping conversation to fit Flexee into the existing course structure, a walk-through of the facilitator console, and direct contact with Chuck during the term for any questions. We don't leave faculty to figure it out alone.

Does Flexee work for executive education and corporate training?

Yes. Several simulations are built specifically for the executive audience — Flexee Supply Chain Executive, Flexee Finance, Flexee ERP, and Flexee Defense Acquisitions Specialist Specialist. Corporate licenses are typically priced per cohort rather than per term. We'll work the right structure for your situation.

What about Flexee Defense Acquisitions Specialist Specialist for DAU programs?

Flexee Defense Acquisitions Specialist Specialist is the DAU-aligned simulation in the family. It's priced separately from the standard licenses because government acquisition programs have specific procurement and compliance requirements. Talk to Chuck about how it fits a contracted arrangement for your program.
